About Us

Hello! My name is Edwin Ingleton and I have been running The Salt Marsh Gallery since 2017. After 20 years in charities, looking after older people I opened the gallery to fulfil my dream of running my own business combined with my love of art and design.

My wife Tanya and I had enjoyed filling our home with a mix of art, ceramics and vintage from our travels. We especially love St Ives in Cornwall and have spent many happy times there – especially loving all the galleries and shops. 

We had been running an online home interiors business as a side hustle so opening the gallery  was a natural next step - especially as our house was full! Time to start helping other people to find new and unusual items to love in their homes.
